If you’re not totally obsessed with your BlackDiamondMUA.com purchase, return or exchange it for free within 30 days of purchase. Products must be not be used or worn. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

• When you return your purchase to BlackDiamondMUA.com by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us. Then look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing!
